I think you made a slight typo there Anyway, the three extra lines (of the fourteen recorded on the English wiki) are along the lines of "Woohoo!" so they hardly count tbh...
I linked the French one initially because last I checked it was way more complete overall...

I dunno, it seems like a fairly simple glitch… When you punch them into the next map, they get stuck in whatever part of the animation they were in once you do the level transition. So some had fallen down (because you punched them), and others had already gotten back up? But either way, they froze ...
