I support the idea of optional levels being hard(er) than the rest. Some of the Tricky Treasure levels took a lot of attempts, for sure. And yet I don't recall anything out of the ordinary. The Land of the Livid Dead was much harder.

Another nice find! Indeed better to keep it sealed for display. The DVD version, unlike VHS, does not degrade with use (and you can make exact copies), and it features multiple soundtracks.

In the meantime, today it arrived this for my collection. I find it amazing it's still sealed! (No, I didn't open given the content is around online.)

Да, на самом деле - я их всех очень уважаю. Хотя для простого развлечения чаще играю во вторую. А в третьей - обожаю бонусные игры такие как Ракетка, Шарики и Ракетная Атака.

Я согласен что по эпичности битвы финальный Рефлюкс "самое то", хотя внешний вид его омерзителен (впрочем, так и задумывалось).
Много замечательных дизайнов в серии - среди них конечно Мистер Мрак, но и остальные боссы первой игры очень красиво выполнены.
