Re: My Rayman fanwork gallery

Those look really great, Haruka!

I think we're already lucky with the number of different Hoodlums we got in Rayman 3, but those drawings make me wish they'd included more now.

Why didn't they reference the Gunslinger Hoodlum in Rayman in the Phantom Show's Western Set? That ...

Re: Rayman Legends Retold

Voted. The most curious thing is that the actual presentation card for the franchise was Rayman 1, which was already stunning for my child me with the rich colour pallet and fluid animations. The soundtrack was other unforgettable detail (Peace to Rémi's soul), but the sequel was what really sold my ...

Re: Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition

Voted for the Relics, although I'm also interested in the QoL features. Perhaps those will make the game a bit more enjoyable to play again, especially how difficult it is to perfect level scores with the Lums Medal in single player (Riding the Storm, I'm looking at you).

That's true, but it's that atmosphere, art direction and lore that really made me become a Rayman fan. Everything woven together made the experience unforgettable for me.

Re: Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition

I'm glad they didn't forget about the PSVIta's Collectible Relics, this breaks this port free from the exclusivity cage. I still hate the mosaics, tho  . It's Teensie folklore in my head unless it's officially proven the contrary.

It's my least favourite entry in the series but I guess that ...

It had to be Rayman leaks to encourage me to watch for the first time a full State of Play stream. :oops2:

But I begin to talk about out my first impressions concerning what was both shown in the reveal trailer and other things other people showed online. So here we go...

I think the watercolors hold up well! I'm especially a fan of your Gunslinger Hoodlum art; the smoke coming out of the pistols makes it look awesome. :)

Re: My Rayman fanwork gallery

I was looking again to some older watercolours that weren't shared before. Despite of being a bit dated, I feel they're alright to show anyway.

They're based in the known prototype/scrapped Hoodlums.

Rayman 2: The Great Escape (PC) - Portuguese (Portugal) Fan-Translation

I was on community hiatus back then so I believe I hadn't created a topic in purpose for more awareness to lusophone members.

Re: Why isn't Ubisoft able to decide on whether Rayman is the only member of his species or not?

I can't claim complete credit for the idea, it's one that I adapted from someone else (my brain is thinking Haruka but this is a long time ago so I can't say for certain).

It was actually Spiraldoor's headcanon, in which I still feel it's the most believable theory to describe about the type of ...

I used to have the Quick Menu DEMO Nº2 but I sold it a few years ago, I didn't scan the covers sadly.

A few months ago I contributed with the European Portuguese manual of the game tho, I've been trying to locate manuals of this language as they're rare prints and risk to become lost media if not ...

Re: Rayman Legends Definitive edition problem

Hello there!

It's been a few years last time I've picked up the Switch version of the game, but as far as I'm aware the Challenges calendar is synchronized accordingly with Ubisoft's servers. In other words, Nintendo's system settings won't affect the timers.

Are you still experiencing the same ...

It's a double posting, but I take the chance to inform that all my Rayman videos are back to the channel. The recent rumours and leaks encouraged me to handle the Origins and Legends videos that are now again on public mode.

I'm already paying attention to the potential news in the incoming days ...

Well, well, well, it seems there's more Rayman games to play this year. I guess I have a reason to watch a State of Play in purpose for the first time.

I'll wait for 2nd June to go more in depth about my thoughts accordingly to these leaks and Xbox's little accident.

Re: Rayman 1 (Playstation) - Portuguese (Portugal) Fan Translation

Actually, come to think of it, there's another Rayman link to chromatic scales: in timed Rayman Arena battle matches, the last segment of the music (in every map) is in fact a chromatic scale ascending from A2 to C3!

Oooh that's cool. Those little notes in the end of every battle mode of Rayman ...
