Re: Rayman himself

True, it bothered me that he said "4th adventure"--as if his 2D labors were just shovelware, or something. I hope he doesn't feel that way about Origins and Legends because they're genuinely great games, and no less a "true installment" than Rayman 1. It's also worth noting that Ancel used the phras...

Re: Rayman Adventures

This app is taking up a lot of space on my phone. If I remove the app and download it again later, will I retain my save file?

Clark's is the biggest, but probably not the freshest.

Re: Rayman Legends

Geez, why have they forgotten how to make Rayman look good in 3D? He looks absolutely perfect in Rayman 3 and Raving Rabbids, but every attempt they've made in the UbiArt era has been embarrassing. It's funny how Rayman 1 and 2 were practically known for their excessive ports, and now with Rayman Le...

Re: Sequel to Rayman 3 (Petition for Rayman 4)

Rayman Origins really, really isn't a remake of Rayman 1. As far as 2D platformers go, they couldn't be more different.

Re: Sequel to Rayman 3 (Petition for Rayman 4)

Since Ancel seems to be an advocate for the current smartphone formula Rayman is stuck in, I'd love to see another studio take a shot at Rayman. Even if they get it completely wrong, something new that isn't Rayman Legends would be wonderful.

Re: Rayman Adventures

This event is way better than past ones because, instead of mindlessly tapping on the screen in the same places repetitiously to get items, you just play levels and get rewarded with them. You can even restart the wheel without waiting if you spend 20 gems, which isn't much, especially since there's...

Re: Mario RPG: Invasion of the Rabbids happening?

Sour grapes, sour grapes. I hope we see Rayman as a party member or NPC. Even a small nod would be nice (hell, it's expected).

This game might be controversial but I'm so glad it exists. I wish they'd take more chances like this and make standalone handheld adventures.

Re: Rayman 3

This is actually great news. Believe it or not, this will expose a lot more people to the overlooked treat that is Rayman 3. I'm hoping this provides a window for new gamers to look into the old era of Rayman before Rabbids and UbiArt.

Re: Rayman Headcanons

You're a genius Shrooblord. Perhaps Razorbeard never wanted to win. Maybe all the planet conquering was getting old for him and he wished to retire and live blissfully with his wife, but he didn't want to disappoint his henchmen, so he intentionally planned a poor takeover so that the Robo-Pirates w...

Re: Rayman Timeline

Holy shit. That timeline is so good. The Education/Rabbids timeline cracks me up. I love it.

Personally though I'd argue every game takes place in the same timeline and there are no branching paths, but if Ubisoft suddenly came out and officiated that image, I wouldn't be upset.
