It's certainly not easy without a proper pizza oven, though of course some people are clearly better at it than others. My dad makes pretty good pizza in a standard oven.

How do you like your pizza?

Dough which is soft inside and slightly crispy on the outside
tomato sauce with no tomato pieces. I think it's called tomato pulp?
Salami slices on tomato pulp and cheese layer on top.

Man, I would be down for making my own stuffed crust pizza! Anytime I order one from the one chain around here that sells it, the rest of the crust itself is sad and limp, and is the the reason why I started trending more towards ordering pan pizza.
