Great work on the update!

Murfy is already feeling much more in character. The line about them being "DEAD asleep" is exactly the kind of snark I was hoping for. I also really liked the tension building up outside the tent.

Regarding your question about retconning Raybox's origin: if the Raybox prank fits in naturally later on without distracting from the main mystery, then go for it, but don't force it if it messes up your AU lore too much!

Thank you for the feedback! I've been thinking of whether or not I should retcon Raybox's origins and thanks to this reply I've become more confident not to add him in the film. Like, Ales Mansay as the UbiArt villain was probably studying at the time and wasn't thinking of ruling the world yet (?), so there's no way Raybox would've born nor would I use the "coming from the future" trope for the same AU lore-breaking reasons.

I agree that keeping the narrative focused on the core mystery rather than getting tangled up in time-travel tropes or complex AU lore is definitely the right call. It is really cool to see your script starting to take visual shape, but you must share the video now.

Alright then, the link to the video there is. It's been around 2 weeks since I've published it.

The animation channel is quite empty anyway, not really sure if I'm gonna cancel Rayman: New World or continue working in it cuz I barely touched it- ANYWAY
We are talking about R3 film and not the abandoned series of mine. But yeah, here you go, a really choppy storyboard video.
Since it takes a long time for me to do something regarding it (my stamina dries quickly, unfortunately, but I am thinking of fixing this) there's plenty of time for this to get some more recognition.
