I'm curious to see how much different it's going to be from the previous game!
From what can be seen briefly, it seems you get a different device (very similar to pirate machines from Rayman 2) instead of the old Ting Finder and a door is visible. So I think it's going to have more depth than the original, or at least a better presentation. Considering the fact that Ryemanni seems to take more time on this one, it seems pretty likely. From what I remember, Ryemanni made the original in a very short time (two days).
I’ve beaten it to 100%! It was a nice sequel! Though, it still was pretty frustrating at times… But the gameplay additions really helped get through it and it felt super good to find good strategies to beat every level!
This game really shows no mercy!
And this was the second time I played it to make a good recording, I’ve seen the game over screens far too many times the first time around.
I extracted the files from the game’s data.win and I found something I did not expect in the textures...

Was this an unused content or an easter egg nobody has ever found?
All I can say is that it clearly looks like a "prototype" for one of the paintings in the sequel.

Possible. It may have been left in there as a joke otherwise (since I’ve noticed there’s a file called "dontopen" in the sprites folder, but I don’t know what it’s linked to because the extractor I used didn’t convert it into a picture but into a ".file"... file... How does that even work? ), although the size seems to match more another sprite named "Texture_test", which is closer to your theory.
Considering the size, the "dontopen" file must be related to Rayman IV, then (since Noseless Rayman doesn’t want you to open its container).
