Good news, I look forward to it.
Re: Rayman 2 - The Complete Remastered Soundtrack
Someone actually made a full remaster already from scratch. It's based on Revolution rip.
Walk of Life is in 37:09

In general, definitely, soundstage is much better than in my Revolution based tracks (I doubt I even used any stereo enhancers back then).
And I feel like I entered into some competition.
The file in the first post wasn't based on remaster, but originally it was just ripped from PSX (I left some PSX files untouched). Yes, the original sounds pretty "monoish" like some bunch of my files. Out of curiosity, I checked what I can do with this PSX Walk of Life track. Here is the result.

I could do all PSX tracks which left untouched, but it's a pretty time-consuming task. Takes for me like 1,5h for one track (and it was pretty quick for me this time). It's still much less than even mixing on 2-4 stems. Here it was just a one track cut into ~15 pieces and a half mastered separately.
And I also wonder what could be done unmixing the soundtrack to 4 stems with MDX and then mix and master:

Another PSX based remaster where much more plugins along with stereo enhancers came into play, was The Woods of Life which I released in September 2021:
