I strongly advice you to watch more, especially episodes from the original four season run, as they are generally stronger than the movies and season 6 episodes.
When I get the time I'm gonna sit down and watch through the second half of season 6 again. They aired them out of order so this time I'm gonna watch them in production order - the way they were meant to be watched!

Me too, most of the episodes I have watched are from the first seasons. Recently I've been trying to watch episodes from the latter seasons and I still find them enjoyable.
Futurama is one of few cartoons I truly enjoy. The first time I saw it I was a kid and remember it was initially aired on tv for a short while, then they put the Simpsons instead and that was kinda disappointing.
I loved Futurama because it was a cartoon that always fascinated me for its characters, plot and theme and cartoon that I could rarely see were kinda special to me. Bender is a relatable mood.
While it's sad that the cartoon is out of production, I'm at least glad it didn't got ruined like the Simpsons after disney bought 2oth Century Fox.

I don't agree this would've happened actually, since Futurama is a sci-fi show, not a sitcom. Sitcoms revolve around everyday social drama, and the term "jumping the shark" speaks for itself. This craziness is expected from a sci-fi though, and it's all the better when they do take extra time to develop the characters between everything.
Futurama absolutely nailed it: They can spend entire episodes doing normal things around New New York, spend entire episodes in space, or a bit of both. They're just a delivery service doing their job like regular folk, but their job brings them all over the universe. The creative freedom the show has to convey whatever they want is virtually boundless, and I think it's such a shame it only got 7 seasons, but I guess they really didn't feel like taking their chances with tarnishing it.
Sadly on Hulu only as far as I can tell; I've only ever watched a few episodes of the original (mainly the one where they fiddled about with something in space and it made time go way too quickly) but I guess there's Disney+ for now...
I just hope these new episodes don't suck. I haven't watched all the seasons, but I have watched plenty. Also, I have some nostalgia for the show, the scene of Fry meeting Bender for the first time was engrained in my memory for some reason, besides I always loved to hear that theme song when I was younger.
So far I've only watched up to season 4, but I have plans to finish the remaining seasons when I have free time. As for the series coming back, I don't know how I feel about that yet. I'll just take it with a grain of salt and hope it's alright. Still, just Hulu? Hmmm guess I have to watch it at my cousin's house then!

Wait a minute....fulu?
Anyways this looks promising....but again i still haven't finished watching so I gots time before I start with the newer series
Yeah, I think it might be a good idea to finish watching the previous episodes, I heard the new series continues plots that were established before (however I don't know to what extent).
