This looks amazing! I'm looking forward to this when it gets closer to surfacing. I love seeing this game with modern technology.

You're not gonna believe me, but it was my first intent to say a Covid joke at first, but then I was like: "Nah, too many of them"

You're probably right! My mind immediately went there because I had given someone a goodbye hug earlier yesterday, and we'd both basically said "screw it"!

Very nice! I can see however that a lot of people in the comments are worried about how different it is from the original, is it to reflect significant changes in the gameplay or the story of that level too?

Sorry for the late reply! It's for many different reasons, one important reason is how new graphics change how you look at the game, and that impact has to be shown in the music as well.

1. I'm really curious about the combat system. Is Rayman going to shoot like he did in Rayman 2, is he going to throw his punch or will you be able to alternate both attack patterns?
2. Will you include the cinematics we could see in the original game?
3. Just some curiosity... Has anyone from Ubisoft contacted you because of this fangame?
