Right now probably not, since we've already had Record Day and that's over. Though it is certainly a consideration for next year's, along with a few other people I know of.

I recall only having the most posts one time, and that wasn't a brilliant year either. I wouldn't have been anywhere near Serza's level.

That was 2019, which got around the same post count as 2023, so a decent year

On the flip side, the years where I won, the post count is usually higher (well, post-2018 anyway). What makes this is even funnier is that I pulled all-nighters for all the years I won.

I’m not surprised nobody pulled an all nighter in 2022 I assume it was rather boring for everyone who was there?

As I recall nobody else even showed up for the first fifteen minutes or so, so I just went around bumping old topics because there was literally nothing else to do

Did anyone show up to the bumped topics though? I kinda wish I was there then just to see how depressing it was

It's difficult for me to rejoin two types of topics :

- bumped topics where I believed I already contributed and my opinion wasn't going to change
- bumped topic where my opinion may have evolved but other user are really adamant and passionnate about their position and the values I have may derail their diatribes (see : religion)

So all in all it's a good thing I had something that refrained me from fully engaging in record day because I wouldn't have been very good at it.

I also usually avoid topics where you can only make one post and you can’t squeeze a conversation out of it, by that I mean ones like “post your first post”

I think Jonster did after a while. Then eventually a few others filtered in

But I assume that it was only you two that reply stayed
