I'm going to have to say legalize all drugs. Medicine also falls under "drugs" and some people actually do need to take it to ease medical conditions. Regardless of that, I'm pretty sure people would still find some way to attempt to smuggle illegal drugs in anyways.

Depends on my mood, and if anyone I know is open, but usually I'll just stay indoors.
