Yup! Because some famous critics said one some peices of art that it represented so much things. let me take my ' ' emoticon.
It could represent shock, which is immediatly recognisable. but what is underneeth the shock? What is the meaning behind the shock? I could just as easily have written 'i am shocked because of the following event that happened to shock me: ' and then give a lenthly explanation, but who does that? No, i decided to simplify it into the most basic form possible, to make it easier and quicker to type it, saving both your time and mine,

Nothing much can be done apart from help the survivors to get back to normal

Well I suppose a really bad tsunami is relatively new to the other places where it hit other than Thailand..........Sorry!

It was one of the greatest disastors in history. amde worse by the fact that scientists boast that they can sense earthquakes with their equipment, and give people many months warning. just goes to show that we can never control nature. But its so sad to all those unsuspecting people who had to die
