Goddammit… I thought he couldn't because of his eyes, but I guess they've been lowering the standards to pull in more and more cannon fodder

Now that I think about it, it happened something very similar with someone I used to play with in my former crew. The last I heard was that they tried their best to contact him, but they don't know anything about him since 2021. Damn, I hope he's okay.

I hope Matyuv's doing well/okay. I hope he just left the forums, maybe for a while like I did. I've been following the war semi-continually (which means I try not to every day for the sake of normalcy/my sanity), and I hope he managed to avoid the draft. Heck, if that were me I'd probably even avoid connecting to the internet at all until I'm far away from that part of the world. Not to assume things but it's a non-zero chance that's not too implausible, I know others that have been in a similar situation.

I didn’t actually think of that possibility. Hope he’s alive and safe right now.

Again, reality sucks. Why must people in high power always feel the need to war for whatever frivolous reason? I hope Matyuv is alright.

That’s terrible. I had no idea he lived in Russia, hope he’s alive and doing well.
Drafting is such a terrifying thing. When my brother got drafted, i was worried dead sick about him, hell i even i cried. And, mind you, i disliked him. He would always scare me and make fun of me, and i hated him for that. But in the end, i was really afraid of the fact that he might get injured, or maybe even die. Thankfully, he’s doing alright, even got a new girlfriend.
But it’s even more dreadful with the whole war going around. God, i hope Putin gets shot.

Huh, the last time either of them actually showed up was back in 2023. Not too far back, maybe we'll see them next year! I hope...

Looks like he had brief log ins back in September 2022 and 2023, probably just to check about the place. Last time he posted was in 2020.
