There's mention of an email that links you to a Gamefound site but I didn't get one. I did mention this and they said to just login to Gamefound (or make an account if not I'm assuming - worked for me) with the same email you used to pledge on Kickstarter. I did that and it then showed up my pledge as expected - giving an FYI just in case I'm not the only one.

Thanks for the heads up, I pledged on an adress I barely use.
But alas, it seems to have gone wrong for me because I have no Lucky Ticket pack on Gamefound. I'm currently asking for support.

Hang on, so I won’t be able to get my order unless I log into that place?

As far as my understanding goes, Gamefound is the service which is handling the distribution. So it makes sense, I know a previous Kickstarter I backed also linked to a third-party service, but I remember it not being as oblique as this one sounds. Effectively, go to Gamefound, make an account using the email you backed the kickstarter with, and it should automatically have the items you're due assigned to you, you just need to then confirm details of delivery and the sort.
Also I probably should've emphasised the following earlier:
Because of our production date, the pledge manager will only be open until the 15th of March. We are offering the option to stretch pay your pledge over a period of 3 months. If you have any questions relating to the Pledge Manager, please let us know in the comments or by email at [email protected]
So anyone who has pledged, know that you've only got a month to sort it out.
I've been in touch with the support team and it seems that it's not for every pledge bracket, only "Lucky Tickets".
EDIT : I also would have liked the "akshually" meme and the support answer to be oppositely sized, but what can you do...

That's a bit confusing then, so this is the communication:
Pledge Manager
The Pledge Manager is now open! You should now have received an email inviting you to complete your pledge over on Gamefound.
Because of our production date, the pledge manager will only be open until the 15th of March. We are offering the option to stretch pay your pledge over a period of 3 months. If you have any questions relating to the Pledge Manager, please let us know in the comments or by email at [email protected]
Once the pledge manager closes, we will not be able to send you your game unless you filled out the form. Please finalize your pledge as soon as possible.
If you missed out on the initial campaign, now is your chance to grab all the exclusive content available only during crowdfunding. If you'd like to receive the Lucky Tickets you might have missed during the campaign, now is your chance.
Backers of the initial campaign should see the Lucky Ticket pack as a free gift in their order. If that is not the case please let us know
The impression I got from that was that *all* Kickstarter backers (at least those who pledged while the main campaign was active) would be involved in using Gamefound. But if it's only the tiers that included Lucky Tickets then they've not communicated it very well...

Isn't the retailer tier, like, for retailers though? I remember reading that it was essentially a deposit towards a larger purchase of, well, at least a certain number of units.

Yeah the retailer pledge is for actual retailer stores, not for individual people. So everyone who is not a retailer has to sign up to Gamefound to select the language and pay for shipping and taxes in order to receive their pledge. Flyos has a Discord server too where they're quite active in answering these sorts of questions.

Hmmm... I'm going to ask again... Something is fishy with this.
As to how I was identified as a retailer... I have no idea.

Yeah, it's probably best to reach out directly, they should be able to come up with a solution.

Fucking hell man, why did gamefound ever have to come into the picture? Didn’t even get an email about it, so I’d have missed it entirely if not for you lovely lot

Strange, I did get the email. Anyway, you're settled now!

Yeah, I didn't get the email which is kinda why I ended up making the heads up as I was concerned I wasn't the only one. I only found out about this because I happened to read the latest update post on the Kickstarter page, then contacted Flyos to ask about the missing email. They told me to try logging onto Gamefound regardless, and once I had figured that out I thought I ought to share just in case.

Yeah that was kind of a dumb middleman to deal with that hundreds will likely miss.

Hopefully they'll realize that not everyone was contacted and fix that.
