My cat, upon seeing a stranger, will either absolutely sprint for his life or just being chill with him

The other thing I did learn about Cassie is that at 3 years old, she's still quite small for a border cross because she was actually the runt of the litter and sometimes people ask if she's still a puppy. Whatever size or age though she's still such a little goblin and I miss her.

We've got two cats our mother dropped off here and never took back. There's an old Maine coon tabby mix called Patton, named after General Patton I believe...He used to live with an old lady, but the family left him behind when they moved out. The rescuers found him with nothing but food and water. He wound up with my mom, and then she dropped him at our house. Kinda sad really, Patton got abandoned twice! He's happy here I think. He tends to just laze about, but sometimes he gets really lonely and tends to wail if left alone. He can be a bit of a nuisance at times and he's got a bit of a drinking problem due to getting diabetes in his later years. It's been up and down. He wants lovin's like he's deprived of scritches & pats. I suppose that's why he's called Patton. He'll give you a stern meow if you stop scratching or petting him before he wants you to stop. :oops2:

Then there's Tom Morris, an orange tabby with a white underside. Mom named him after the Friskies mascot, but since he's ours now, we like to call him Chuck Morris since he gets into tons of fights and kicks butt. He's lost 3 of his 4 fangs in fights, he's only got a bottom fang left. He's a bit on the feisty playful side. His claws will catch you good if he gets rowdy. He also does this funny thing where he'll tumble about when you're petting him. He's just being playful. He doesn't really know how to meow properly, he kinda just chirps and yells really loudly sometimes. Mom didn't really rescue that one, Morris just walked into her house one day in Falfurrias. He also opened her bird's cage and ate the bird. That might be why she left him with us.

They're both very different cats.

I've got a cat and a dog, normally they fight when they get near eachother, but this photo is the only time I've seen them not yelling at eachother.

I can't tell if the dog is just tolerating the cat or not, hahaha. Wonder why the tension's so high between them...Maybe they're just like that.

Oh right, since leaving, I've acquired a second cat.

Everyone, meet Ronstone (it's a play on word. It's funny)

Aww all the adorable little kitties 🥺

I've resolved to get my own little critter one day when I'm not in a housesharing arrangement, I'm torn between a cat or a rabbit

Hmm this playground looks very similar to the one my sister bought for her cat. :)

I think it’s in the garage now these days though

In my case it was just a hungry stray cat. We gave him some food and now he comes everyday to eat and sleep in the flower pot.
