It does simply mean that each message you posted yesterday and the day before yesterday made you earn ten bonus Tings plus the five regular Tings. For instance, Suad got 2050 Tings as a reward, plus the 1025 Tings he earned while posting.

I have abtained over 10,000 Tings in the past day becuase, that guy gave me back the ones he stole and I got that bonus thing
