It's not AI. A comment asked about it and they confirmed there that it wasn't. But yeah it sure is odd.

I guess it's quite an odd image, and I can't blame someone for thinking it's AI due to that. Definitely one of the stranger pieces I've seen.

This is obviously Globox's design for the upcoming Rayman 4.

Be not afraid. There's no need to sob.

We will all be enlightened to the way of the Glob. May your plum juice be extra sweet and naps be forever pleasant.

Biblically accurate like those statues of Moses that had horns?

The art they teased is apparently a new art print by a Spanish artist:

It looks creepy as hecc, but that's just me lol
Why are the Teensies conjoined twins, does that imply that conjoined twin Teensies exist?

It's apparently the artist's style. But yeah I'm not a big fan either. I would have preferred art from some more well-known Rayman artist, like Alexandra or Éric Pelatan.

Hoo boy... as much as I like the split down the middle between Barbara and Elysia here, the rest of this feels... psychedelic, to say the least.
Not a fan of this (especially not of poor Grand Minimus

), and definitely not worth the - at lowest - $115 price.

The fact they call this "Rayman deconstructed"... wrong context of the word "deconstructed", I was kinda expecting like weird anatomical 2D model drawings of each character. THAT is deconstructing, not... that.

I thought AI was supposed to copy human art, not vice versa…

I hope the art book has new concept art from cancelled games like Rayman 2000 and Rayman Éducation.

I like it, I think it's pretty fun, not getting all the hate. Although that price is pretty insane

It's a nice surrealist take on Rayman, but, of all the styles they could have chosen for the very first "official Rayman fine art print", I'm not sure it's the one I would have gone for! I'll be sticking to the regular edition of the art book for now.

That's fair, I just think it's fun to have something unique compared to what we're used to, especially for the first print of it's kind. It could've been something boring like a RL sprite, and they didn't, so I respect that. I do get the complaints tho, it's relatively out there.

I think I overreacted, yeah.

I guess I just assumed it was AI and called it an abomination. So many things seem like AI these days
So while it's not at all to my taste, I have to appreciate the work that went into it
