Well, on a point of sympathy towards incognito, the idea of supernatural forces existing over there seems more logical than his country's politics.

But still... yes, it is possible that people can see dead people. I remember saying that I want to go explore a old abandoned house that is haunted by poltergeists.
Since they are the only ones I believe in. And I enjoy watching paranormal activity videos on YouTube.

Actually there is a drug called "Bath Salts" because it looks like it, but I remember that people who took it turned into 'zombies' and started to try eating other people, even their friends or themselves.
