Neat little 3D Rayman I did

Hi folks! Been a while, huh?
I remember making a few low effort posts on this forum when I was much younger before screwing off, hope y'all have been well.
I wanted to share this fun little model I made / am still working on, it's Rayman! (specifically his design from Rayman 1) and share a bit of fun lore about myself.

So I remember joining this forum back in 2016 with the intent of starting work on a Rayman framework for Clickteam Fusion, a software I was very very much not seasoned with and tried to get as much help as I could without really proving myself- back then I went by "Chase," that name isn't one I go by anymore, you can just call me Cotton! I've grown quite experienced as an artist and programmer (I do 90s VGM pastiche tunes in FL Studio, 3d models in Blender, and work in Godot Engine) and I really hope I can make something that everyone can enjoy someday, but that's enough about me, just dropping in, saying hi and sharing this fun thing I made.

Incredible quality and very nostalgic as this is based on one of the earliest (if not the first) 3D model ever made of him that featured in commercials.

I've never seen a white outline used around a 3D model this way, and combined with the background it's really refreshing and beautiful.

Anyway welcome back to RPC! I grew up with Rayman but only joined this site as an adult, but the community here is so great it just feels like home.

omg I love this little guy!! I'd love to port him to MikuMikuDance if that's possible when he's done!! (if not, understandable)

This looks like he straight up came from the game itself (if it were 3D, haha)!!

It's very nice to meet you, Cotton, very excellent work :3

Long time no see, Cotton! Welcome back. :)

That's a pretty neat model you've created. I'd love to see it animated.

I love how you put a pixel effect on the Blender Render!
Looks like a Donkey Kong Country sprite!
