:::::The reason he called it a Hoodlum is most likely that the cannon in its mouth resembles the Hoodlum-piloted Armaguiddons seen later in the game. I've always thought it was clear that Céloche was a Hoodlum inside a machine anyway, just like Master Kaag. The reason 'a lot of people' call it the 'Walking Sub' is because that's exactly what it is – a submersible vehicle which moves about with mechanical legs. That does not make it and official name.
