In this minigame, must warm up the engine at the right spot, afterwards, the entire back of the motorcycle will blow up and the rabbid will ride on the road with just the handlebars and front wheel of the now-broken motorcycle. Then, the player must avoid damaged spots on the road, going through them causes them to lose points, if the players gets a "bad" rating when waring the engiene, it will be harder to avoid the damaged spots. Then, the player must brake before crashing into the brick wall.

==Announcement==
The game was officially announced on May 28, 2008 via the Ubidays conference in which two of the minigames were demonstrated by [[Ubisoft]] representatives and UK TV presenter Vernon Kay. Following this, several artworks depicting the [[Rabbid]]s parodying films, TV shows and celebrities (e.g. football players) were revealed on the official [[Rabbid]]s website, and recently official gameplay trailers were released.

==Plot==
Deep in the forest, [[Rayman]] is running away from a small group of [[Rabbid]]s that had appeared from his broken TV in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2|the previous game]]. For a few moments, they are distracted by a bolt of lightning, but quickly resume their pursuit. [[Rayman]] takes refuge in a small house at the edge of the forest (presumably his), while the [[Rabbid]]s are then struck by the lightning, and travel into a TV set indoors, where they scream and mess around, making [[Rayman]] try to turn it off, but to no avail.

At the end of the game [[Rayman]] is watching Rugby, but the [[Rabbid]]s keep interrupting it. [[Rayman]] loses his temper, disattaches his foot and chucks it at the TV. The TV finally breaks, releasing the [[Rabbid]]s inside who chase [[Rayman]] out of the house. They accidentally switch the vacuum cleaner on as they pass it, and one of the [[Rabbid]]s stays behind and watches it in wonder and interest. Playing around with it, he accidentally gets the vacuum attached to his ears. He then decides to stay in the house and make himself at home.

==Setting==
The setting is the TV station the [[Rabbid]]s have gotten into. From there, [[Rabbid]]s can be customized with clothes unlocked in story mode. The player can play unlocked games in training mode, and play with friends in party mode.

==Gameplay==
There are three modes in this game: story mode, party mode, and training mode. Story mode is where the player can experience what the [[Rabbid]]s did with the TV stations/ Party mode is for having a multiplayer game for up to eight players. Training mode is the collection of games played in both party and story mode. The game uses a channel system to play games. On each section chosen, it shows what shows are on in the time slot. When one game is completed, it is saved. Whenever the player goes to the slot, they can only replay that game. Beating [[Rayman]]'s score will win an accessory for the Pimp My Rabbid minigame. Among some shows, there are microgames based on TV advertisements. Beating those games gives a bonus for the minigame played, such as getting more points.

This is first game in the [[Rabbids (series)|Rabbids series]] as a whole to optionally use the Wii Balance Board.

==Internet connection==
At the end of a minigame in story mode, there is a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection icon. If the player has an internet connection with the Wii, they can send their score over to www.ravingrabbids-tvparty.com. The top 3 players in the world are listed in each minigame section. The player can also do the Pimp My Rabbid contest. Each week there is a new theme. The player can send it to the website listed above and see what the other [[Rabbid]]s are dressed up as. The winner is announced after one week of voting. Since May 2014, this feature no longer works.

The game also has got a mobile version, designed by [[Gameloft]]. This version contains twelve mini-games and sixteen [[Rabbid]] characters to unlock. The main goal of the minigames is to collect as most golden carrots as possible and holding most time as possible in order to achieve score records. Each new minigame and new [[Rabbid]] characters need fifty golden carrots to unlock.

The game was officially announced on May 28, 2008 via the Ubidays conference in which two of the minigames were demonstrated by [[Ubisoft]] representatives and UK TV presenter Vernon Kay. Following this, several artworks depicting the [[Rabbid]]s parodying films, TV shows and celebrities (e.g. football players) were revealed on the official [[Rabbid]]s website, and recently official gameplay trailers were released.

==Plot==
Deep in the forest, [[Rayman]] is running away from a small group of [[Rabbid]]s that had appeared from his broken TV in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2|the previous game]]. For a few moments, they are distracted by a bolt of lightning, but quickly resume their pursuit. [[Rayman]] takes refuge in a small house at the edge of the forest (presumably his), while the [[Rabbid]]s are then struck by the lightning, and travel into a TV set indoors, where they scream and mess around, making [[Rayman]] try to turn it off, but to no avail.

At the end of the game [[Rayman]] is watching Rugby, but the [[Rabbid]]s keep interrupting it. [[Rayman]] loses his temper, disattaches his foot and chucks it at the TV. The TV finally breaks, releasing the [[Rabbid]]s inside who chase [[Rayman]] out of the house. They accidentally switch the vacuum cleaner on as they pass it, and one of the [[Rabbid]]s stays behind and watches it in wonder and interest. Playing around with it, he accidentally gets the vacuum attached to his ears. He then decides to stay in the house and make himself at home.

==Setting==
The setting is the TV station the [[Rabbid]]s have gotten into. From there, [[Rabbid]]s can be customized with clothes unlocked in story mode. The player can play unlocked games in training mode, and play with friends in party mode.

==Gameplay==
There are three modes in this game: story mode, party mode, and training mode. Story mode is where the player can experience what the [[Rabbid]]s did with the TV stations/ Party mode is for having a multiplayer game for up to eight players. Training mode is the collection of games played in both party and story mode. The game uses a channel system to play games. On each section chosen, it shows what shows are on in the time slot. When one game is completed, it is saved. Whenever the player goes to the slot, they can only replay that game. Beating [[Rayman]]'s score will win an accessory for the Pimp My Rabbid minigame. Among some shows, there are microgames based on TV advertisements. Beating those games gives a bonus for the minigame played, such as getting more points.

This is first game in the [[Rabbids (series)|Rabbids series]] as a whole to optionally use the Wii Balance Board.

At the end of a minigame in story mode, there is a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection icon. If the player has an internet connection with the Wii, they can send their score over to www.ravingrabbids-tvparty.com. The top 3 players in the world are listed in each minigame section. The player can also do the Pimp My Rabbid contest. Each week there is a new theme. The player can send it to the website listed above and see what the other [[Rabbid]]s are dressed up as. The winner is announced after one week of voting. Since May 2014, this feature no longer works.

==Plot==
After [[Rayman]] escapes from the [[Rabbid]]s and their Colosseum in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids|the previous game]], the [[Rabbid]]s decide to invade [[Earth]], particularly in Paris, France. The event as it was happening was being covered on TV, with [[Rayman]] watching it. He heads to [[Earth]] himself to stop the invasion. [[Rayman]] finds a mall that is taken over by [[Rabbid]]s. To avoid suspicion, [[Rayman]] loosely disguises himself as one of their own. As the hero safely reaches the top of the building, he oversees a herd of [[Rabbid]]s watching clips of [[human]] life. A [[Rabbid]] spots [[Rayman]], surprising him as he falls through an opening into the mall. Surrounded, a [[Rabbid]] with split colour eyes tries to tell if the intruder is [[Rayman]] or not. In order to take away the rising suspicion, [[Rayman]] (who had injected helium earlier to alter his voice) does the [[Rabbid]] scream and the spilt coloured is convinced it is a false alarm. [[Rayman]] is then directed into a flying submarine to a location for [[Rabbid]] invasion.

After [[Rayman]] completes all of the minigames, a [[Rabbid]] is seen guiding a submarine full of dressed up [[Rabbid]]s as it is parking. Later, a notice was taped onto the submarine, as the area they parked at was a no-submarine-zone. [[Rayman]] does not appear in the ending of the game.

The main setting in the game is the shopping mall the [[Rabbid]]s have taken over. From there the player can go do Trips, listen to music unlocked in minigames, customize [[Rayman]] and the [[Rabbid]]s, and make a customized trip.

This game features [[Rayman]] and the [[Rabbid]]s. Compared to [[Rayman Raving Rabbids|the previous game]], the game focuses more on the [[Rabbid]]s and less on [[Rayman]]. In this game, [[Rayman]] acts like a [[Rabbid]] in order to keep himself unnoticed. The [[Rabbid]]s are now more [[human]] like than they were in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]'', doing [[human]] things and even having their own crazy way of speech.

In the game the player can choose from Trips Mode, score mode, Trips customization or the Plaza. In Trips mode there are 5 different areas to visit. he player then takes part in 5 randomly chosen minigames and a music one as the area's final. In score mode, the player can replay the 45 minigames that have been unlocked in Trips and try to beat the high scores to unlock more [[Rabbid]] costumes. Trips customization lets the player create up to three of their own trips and play them from the Trips menu. Lastly is the Plaza, where the player can view the credits, listen to unlocked music, play some FPS Plunger Shooters and customize [[Rayman]] or the [[Rabbid]]s with more than 110 items of clothing. [[Rayman]] only has 9 costumes while the [[Rabbid]]s have around 50. Also new to this game is the choice of easy mode or normal mode in both Trips and score mode and simultaneous multiplayer in all of the minigames.

The Plunger Shooters (previously known as Bunny Hunts) are different from ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]''. Instead of polygon made worlds, they now take place in real world locations. The controls of how to use the [[plunger]]s are different, and the grapple ability is removed.

The music stages have changed too. Instead of dancing to the music, the player now plays it. The player can choose from 4 different instruments and instead of [[Rabbid]]s coming from the sides of the stage, it is now Wii Remote and Nunchuck symbols coming down from the top of the screen and when they get to the templates at the bottom of the screen, the player must strike down whichever controller the symbol is of at the moment needed to score points. Nunchuck symbols are always at the left and Wii Remote symbols are always at the right. At certain times it will tell the player to either move the Nunchuck and Wii Remote up and down, swing the Wii Remote like a lasso or swing the Nunchuck like a lasso.

In all score mode minigames the player must get more than 12000 points in normal mode to get the trophy and unlock a [[Rabbid]] costume. In all Trips the player must beat a total of 72000 points to get the trophy and unlock a [[Rabbid]] costume. On the highscores of each score mode minigame, [[Globox]] always has 12000 points, [[Betilla]] always has 9000 points and [[Murfy]] always has 6000 points. On the highscores of each Trip, [[Globox]] always has 72000 points, [[Betilla]] always has 54000 points and [[Murfy]] always has 36000 points.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 was also released on PC. Gameplay mechanic was simplified, The Plunger Shooters and minigames with too complicated Wii control were removed, appearance customization was changed to a selection of prepared by developers characters. The number of playable games has been reduced to 16.

One of the PC ports was released in Poland by Komputer Świat Gry. The game was split into 4 parts, one contains 4 levels (16 total). The disc was added with the book which described how to play and installation process. Later, edition with all 16 games has been released.

The promotional disc from Cheese Heads (food product) included 4 minigames, although all 16 could still be accessed by launching the game with different launch arguments.

Version with multiple languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) which contained all 16 minigames was also released but by now publisher is unknown.

In the main series, not much is known about where the Rabbids had originally come from. ''[[Rabbids Go Home]]'' suggests that they do not even know themselves. However, at an early point in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids (Game Boy Advance)|the Game Boy Advance version of ''Rayman Raving Rabbids'']], [[Ly]] the Fairy explains that the Rabbids were once peaceful creatures in [[The Glade of Dreams|Rayman's world]] that had gradually been bullied by other creatures, therefore going bad and taking their pain out on the entire world. The back cover of the main game also suggests that the Rabbids used to be peaceful but had turned bad, though the game doesn't explain how. This explanation of the Rabbids' origin was also used in official [[Ubisoft]] press releases regarding [[Rayman Raving Rabbids (cancelled prototype)|the original ''Rayman Raving Rabbids'' platformer]], before that game was scrapped. [[Michel Ancel]] stated in an interview that the Rabbids had been “preparing this assault since [[Rayman 1|the very first ''Rayman'' game]]”.

Usually, Rabbids resemble albino rabbits in the sense that they have white fur and hairless bellies, mouths and the insides of their ears, though a few others can come in different colours such as grey, brown and even blue, yellow, red and green. Either way, they all for the most part have dark blue eyes which turn red when they turn mad (a few exceptions include a few having orange eyes in the PC version of ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]'', and one whose eyes turn bright green upon contact with an Xbox 360 Kinect sensor), and they also have two giant buckteeth. They do have nostrils, though they are not visible. Most of them are nearly as tall as [[Rayman]] is, their long ears included, though some others can be bigger or smaller; another few can look completely different from the others altogether, such as [[Serguei]]. They also have very short, stubby legs, and have no fingers on their paws, though they do have thumbs.

While most Rabbids tend to go naked, some like to dress up in costumes to tell themselves apart, such as [[Types of Rabbids|Superbunnies]] and the Sam Fisher (from ''Splinter Cell'') Rabbids. Notably in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'', costumes, mostly based on geographical stereotypes (which lead to the toy collection "Rabbids Invade the World") and film characters, can be unlocked and worn when playing the game as them. Most of the time, the Rabbids are portrayed as moronic and easily amused. While they often see [[Rayman]] as their enemy, they tend to attack each other as well. They are also very gullible and often get tricked into getting hurt (for example, in [[Bunnies Like Surprises]]), though often they try to trick [[Rayman]] themselves, as well as attack other animals, namely pigs, sheep, cows and [[baby Globox]]es - they also attack [[human]]s in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'' and in other games. They also don't understand how many of the objects they encounter work and often behave very immaturely (for example, burping, screaming, and babbling loudly when asked to keep quiet). One of the Rabbids' favorite pastimes is dancing and singing, and many can barely resist the sound of music - namely in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]'', turning on a radio in the Bunny Hunts will distract some of them to [[Rayman]]'s advantage.

They also share some traits of real rabbits, such as eating carrots and burrowing.

Since being corrupted by the fused SupaMerge when entering the Mushroom Kingdom, many fused Rabbids turn twisted and even more wicked, assaulting anyone in sight, including Mario & the gang. After bein defeated an defused, they go back to being moronic and easily amused.

Typically, the Rabbids do not speak anything decipherable at all, and mostly communicate by screaming at the top of their voices. While Rabbids tend to enjoy carrots, a stereotypical trait among fictional rabbits, they are also known to practically eat anything, including things that are not food, such as sardine cans. At the end of each successful day, they reward [[Rayman]] with a plunger, which he uses to help himself escape. As the game ends, Rayman climbs out of the cell and escapes from the Rabbids. When he walks toward the old picnic mat, he remembers the [[baby Globox]]es. He tries to go through the holes the babies were sucked into, but gets stuck.

In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'', the Rabbids now have a new target - [[Earth]]. They spend a lot of time trying to study [[human]] traits, until their base - a shopping mall - is infiltrated by [[Rayman]] who chooses to behave the same way as them when they grow suspicious on his makeshift Rabbid costume. Oddly enough, they grow accustomed to his presence, despite not actually wearing the costume after the introduction scene. As the game does not have an ending video, it is not known what happened to [[Rayman]]. It is likely the Rabbids found out that [[Rayman]] was not one of their own, as several Rabbids take pictures of him when he is fighting the Rabbids in the shooting games.

The Rabbids take over a TV station, and possibly others, and changes [[Rayman]]'s, and others, television shows. [[Rayman]] tries various schemes to get them out. At the end of the game, as [[Rayman]] gets enraged of the Rabbids, throws his shoe at the television set and break it, freeing the Rabbids; causing them to chase [[Rayman]] out of his house. One Rabbid stays inside the house and makes it his own home after accidentally turning on vacuum cleaner.

They become attracted to the moon, and therefore make an attempt to reach it by collecting piles upon piles of [[human]] things with a shopping trolley. As the game ends, the [[human]]s track down the Rabbids and launch bombs onto their pile to the moon. With the Rabbids on the pile, they launch into space, heading towards the moon. The Rabbids successfully reach the moon's orbit.

Still on Earth, a Rabbid discovers a modified washing machine used to travel in time. He travels through time and goes to a history museum. With the time machine damaged from traveling through time, he and the other Rabbids, with nothing to do, use the damaged machine to travel in time and ruin important parts of human history. They access the events from paintings of that event. As they ruin time, they make time paradoxes. The actions successfully fix the time machine. At the end of the game, the main Rabbid travels into time to a warehouse full of giant robots. He finds [[Professor Barranco]] the III (descendant of [[Professor Barranco]] the II from ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]''), drilling Rabbids on how to use time machines to take control of human history. The main Rabbid pulls a plug on one of the time machines, causing all the machines and himself to disappear. This causes the Rabbid to travel in time the events in the game intro, which makes him come back to the history museum.

The Rabbids panic, as a gigantic tube appears from the surface and abducts them to a farm-themed social game (a clear parody of Farmville). The main objetive of the game is to take control of the farm with the help of currency (regular coins or toilet paper, the second one only can be obtained by paying for it), energy, Rabbids population, food cans, and other special items. As the player "Rabbidizes" the farm, he or she will have access to more levels with different themes, all of them being parodies of different Facebook games.

Still on Earth, the Rabbids find themselves taking over an amusement park. Two Rabbids are attempting to go on one of the rides, but are thrown out by an unseen person. One of the Rabbids contact the Rabbid spaceship through an iPhone-like device. He tries to call the Rabbid in the spaceship, but the Rabbid in the spaceship is too busy playing with the Wii U Gamepad. Unaware of the consequences, the Rabbid in the spaceship continues to play with the Gamepad, which was actually controlling the whole ship. The Rabbid turns the Gamepad upside down, which causes the ship to land in the amusement park.

After Beep-0's creator (also the SupaMerge's inventor) leaves the room for a break, the Rabbids teleport into her room using their washing machine and began to ransack the place; much to Beep-0's horror. One Rabbid finds the SupaMerge and uses it to create Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Mario, and other Rabbids fused with objects. He fires a ray at the Time Washing Machine, causing it to malfunction and send Beep-0 and the Rabbids to the Mushroom Kingdom; creating a vortex that sucks, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi and a crowd of Toads in. While midair over the Ancient Gardens, Beep-0 gains rabbit ears and the outline of two rabbit's teeth on the front. The Rabbid with the SupaMerge fuses with the headset, causing it to be stuck to him and is erratically fusing Rabbids with other objects. Beep-0 is rescued by Mario as they set out with Rabbid allies and old allies to find the Rabbid who got fused with the SupaMerge.

Rabbids make their return to [[the Glade of Dreams]] in ''[[Rayman Adventures]]''. They have the same appearance they had during the early ''[[Rayman Legends]]'' build. During the events, a single Rabbid is placed on each level, sometimes hidden, and sometimes on the regular path. The Rabbids from ''the Raving Rabbids series'' became massively popular both through the teaser trailers and the game itself. IGN has stated that the Rabbids have "more personality and charisma than 10 of the most popular video game mascots combined",and that the bunnies have literally "upstaged [[Rayman]] himself". GameSpot has noted, "The Rabbids themselves are almost exclusively responsible for [selling the game's humor], as they are, without a doubt, hysterical. They're adorably designed, with their dumb stares, high-pitched shrieks, and a penchant for taking comedic bumps." There has been speculation by reviewers that the success of the Rabbid character will probably inspire the developers to create more games of the franchise, possibly even without [[Rayman]]. By the time the final game was released in December that same year, it turned out to be a compilation of mini-games akin to the ''Mario Party'' series due to the game being a Wii release game, and while the Rabbids were still portrayed as crazed animals that tried to take over the world, their main purpose now was to provide comic relief, taking away their original zombie-like look. ===Origin===
In the main series, not much is known about where the Rabbids had originally come from. ''[[Rabbids Go Home]]'' suggests that they do not even know themselves. However, at an early point in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids (Game Boy Advance)|the Game Boy Advance version of ''Rayman Raving Rabbids'']], [[Ly]] the Fairy explains that the Rabbids were once peaceful creatures in [[The Glade of Dreams|Rayman's world]] that had gradually been bullied by other creatures, therefore going bad and taking their pain out on the entire world. The back cover of the main game also suggests that the Rabbids used to be peaceful but had turned bad, though the game doesn't explain how. This explanation of the Rabbids' origin was also used in official [[Ubisoft]] press releases regarding [[Rayman Raving Rabbids (cancelled prototype)|the original ''Rayman Raving Rabbids'' platformer]], before that game was scrapped. [[Michel Ancel]] stated in an interview that the Rabbids had been “preparing this assault since [[Rayman 1|the very first ''Rayman'' game]]”.

Usually, Rabbids resemble albino rabbits in the sense that they have white fur and hairless bellies, mouths and the insides of their ears, though a few others can come in different colours such as grey, brown and even blue, yellow, red and green. Either way, they all for the most part have dark blue eyes which turn red when they turn mad (a few exceptions include a few having orange eyes in the PC version of ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]'', and one whose eyes turn bright green upon contact with an Xbox 360 Kinect sensor), and they also have two giant buckteeth. They do have nostrils, though they are not visible. Most of them are nearly as tall as [[Rayman]] is, their long ears included, though some others can be bigger or smaller; another few can look completely different from the others altogether, such as [[Serguei]]. They also have very short, stubby legs, and have no fingers on their paws, though they do have thumbs.

While most Rabbids tend to go naked, some like to dress up in costumes to tell themselves apart, such as [[Types of Rabbids|Superbunnies]] and the Sam Fisher (from ''Splinter Cell'') Rabbids. Notably in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'', costumes, mostly based on geographical stereotypes (which lead to the toy collection "Rabbids Invade the World") and film characters, can be unlocked and worn when playing the game as them. Most of the time, the Rabbids are portrayed as moronic and easily amused. While they often see [[Rayman]] as their enemy, they tend to attack each other as well. They are also very gullible and often get tricked into getting hurt (for example, in [[Bunnies Like Surprises]]), though often they try to trick [[Rayman]] themselves, as well as attack other animals, namely pigs, sheep, cows and [[baby Globox]]es - they also attack [[human]]s in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'' and in other games. They also don't understand how many of the objects they encounter work and often behave very immaturely (for example, burping, screaming, and babbling loudly when asked to keep quiet). One of the Rabbids' favorite pastimes is dancing and singing, and many can barely resist the sound of music - namely in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids]]'', turning on a radio in the Bunny Hunts will distract some of them to [[Rayman]]'s advantage.

They also share some traits of real rabbits, such as eating carrots and burrowing.

Since being corrupted by the fused SupaMerge when entering the Mushroom Kingdom, many fused Rabbids turn twisted and even more wicked, assaulting anyone in sight, including Mario & the gang. After bein defeated an defused, they go back to being moronic and easily amused.

Typically, the Rabbids do not speak anything decipherable at all, and mostly communicate by screaming at the top of their voices. While Rabbids tend to enjoy carrots, a stereotypical trait among fictional rabbits, they are also known to practically eat anything, including things that are not food, such as sardine cans. Carrot juice however seems to have a sedating effect on them, as the minigame [[Bunnies Are Addicted To Carrot Juice]] seems to suggest. In the Lava Pit in ''[[Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle]]'' one Rabbid is shown to be DRINKING lava, showing that the lethal substance doesn't kill them.

At the end of each successful day, they reward [[Rayman]] with a plunger, which he uses to help himself escape. As the game ends, Rayman climbs out of the cell and escapes from the Rabbids. When he walks toward the old picnic mat, he remembers the [[baby Globox]]es. He tries to go through the holes the babies were sucked into, but gets stuck.

In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'', the Rabbids now have a new target - [[Earth]]. They spend a lot of time trying to study [[human]] traits, until their base - a shopping mall - is infiltrated by [[Rayman]] who chooses to behave the same way as them when they grow suspicious on his makeshift Rabbid costume. Oddly enough, they grow accustomed to his presence, despite not actually wearing the costume after the introduction scene. As the game does not have an ending video, it is not known what happened to [[Rayman]]. It is likely the Rabbids found out that [[Rayman]] was not one of their own, as several Rabbids take pictures of him when he is fighting the Rabbids in the shooting games.

In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party]]'', the Rabbids continue to focus on harassing [[Rayman]], forcing him to take refuge in a cabin. A bolt of lightning strikes them outside, and transfers them into the television set inside. Unsure about how to get out, they use it to constantly annoy not only [[Rayman]] but also some neighbouring animals. The Rabbids take over a TV station, and possibly others, and changes [[Rayman]]'s, and others, television shows. [[Rayman]] tries various schemes to get them out. At the end of the game, as [[Rayman]] gets enraged of the Rabbids, throws his shoe at the television set and break it, freeing the Rabbids; causing them to chase [[Rayman]] out of his house. One Rabbid stays inside the house and makes it his own home after accidentally turning on vacuum cleaner.

Still on Earth, the Rabbids no longer wish to harass [[Rayman]] in ''[[Rabbids Go Home]]'', and as the title suggests, they want to go home, but they don't know where they actually come from. They become attracted to the moon, and therefore make an attempt to reach it by collecting piles upon piles of [[human]] things with a shopping trolley. As the game ends, the [[human]]s track down the Rabbids and launch bombs onto their pile to the moon. With the Rabbids on the pile, they launch into space, heading towards the moon. The Rabbids successfully reach the moon's orbit.

In ''[[Rabbids Go Phone]]'', a Rabbid appears to be in the player's mobile device. The player can interact with him, such as shaking the phone, squeezing him, and other ways. The game has music and sound effects from ''[[Rabbids Go Home]]'', and similar graphics. This title does not have any bearings on the [[Rabbids (series)|''Rabbids'' series]].

Rabbids appear as playable characters in the 2009 soccer game ''[[Academy of Champions]]''. There is an entire team of them, as well as a single Rabbid that runs the item shop. This game does not have any bearings on the events in the [[Rabbids (series)|''Rabbids'' series]].

==In ''[[Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time]]''==
Still on Earth, a Rabbid discovers a modified washing machine used to travel in time. He travels through time and goes to a history museum. With the time machine damaged from traveling through time, he and the other Rabbids, with nothing to do, use the damaged machine to travel in time and ruin important parts of human history. They access the events from paintings of that event. As they ruin time, they make time paradoxes. The actions successfully fix the time machine. At the end of the game, the main Rabbid travels into time to a warehouse full of giant robots. He finds [[Professor Barranco]] the III (descendant of [[Professor Barranco]] the II from ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]''), drilling Rabbids on how to use time machines to take control of human history. The main Rabbid pulls a plug on one of the time machines, causing all the machines and himself to disappear. This causes the Rabbid to travel in time the events in the game intro, which makes him come back to the history museum.

A small group of Rabbids are hidding in a small headquarter underground. A Rabbid with glasses uses his computer to access to a Facebook application (displaying the icon of the player); however, the application doesn't seem to respond, until a "Error" notification appears. The Rabbids panic, as a gigantic tube appears from the surface and abducts them to a farm-themed social game (a clear parody of Farmville). The main objetive of the game is to take control of the farm with the help of currency (regular coins or toilet paper, the second one only can be obtained by paying for it), energy, Rabbids population, food cans, and other special items. As the player "Rabbidizes" the farm, he or she will have access to more levels with different themes, all of them being parodies of different Facebook games.

Still on Earth, the Rabbids find themselves taking over an amusement park. Two Rabbids are attempting to go on one of the rides, but are thrown out by an unseen person. One of the Rabbids contact the Rabbid spaceship through an iPhone-like device. He tries to call the Rabbid in the spaceship, but the Rabbid in the spaceship is too busy playing with the Wii U Gamepad. Unaware of the consequences, the Rabbid in the spaceship continues to play with the Gamepad, which was actually controlling the whole ship. The Rabbid turns the Gamepad upside down, which causes the ship to land in the amusement park.

After Beep-0's creator (also the SupaMerge's inventor) leaves the room for a break, the Rabbids teleport into her room using their washing machine and began to ransack the place; much to Beep-0's horror. One Rabbid finds the SupaMerge and uses it to create Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Mario, and other Rabbids fused with objects. He fires a ray at the Time Washing Machine, causing it to malfunction and send Beep-0 and the Rabbids to the Mushroom Kingdom; creating a vortex that sucks, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi and a crowd of Toads in. While midair over the Ancient Gardens, Beep-0 gains rabbit ears and the outline of two rabbit's teeth on the front. The Rabbid with the SupaMerge fuses with the headset, causing it to be stuck to him and is erratically fusing Rabbids with other objects. Beep-0 is rescued by Mario as they set out with Rabbid allies and old allies to find the Rabbid who got fused with the SupaMerge.

The humans in this game have a different physical appearance that makes some of them look strong, others fat, others thin. In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'' humans are seen in the intro and in the Bunny Hunt minigames. By the fact that real world graphics are used, the humans present are real. In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party]]'' they are all portrayed as male fighters. They are fat, tall, with small legs and with dots for eyes. In ''[[Raving Rabbids Travel In Time]]'' humans share a similar appearance to the real world ones; in fact some of them represent famous historical personalities.

The humans' personality varies person to person. Some are nasty, some are nice, but most of them share similar traits. As seen in this game and in ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2]]'', they all seem to be scared and hostile of the [[Rabbid]]s, but in ''[[Raving Rabbids Travel In Time]]'' only some of them are, like the professor in the museum. In this game, in fact, most of the people just ignore [[Rabbid]]s or are not conscious of their presence. In ''[[Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party]]'' the only humans present are fighters and wrestlers that are not scared of them.

Humans speak different languages all around the world, but they can't understand [[Raymanian]] that is spoken in [[The Glade of Dreams|Rayman's world]]. However, [[Rayman]] can speak some human languages as seen in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (DS)|the Nintendo DS version of ''Rayman Raving Rabbids 2'']]. [[Clara]] the Witch may be the only human that can speak [[Raymanian]], as seen in ''[[Rayman Dictées]]'' when she speaks with [[Rayman]], but it is unclear what language they are speaking.

They board on a railcar each and try to escape by racing in each of four lanes of a motorway. Some of the tunnels are blocked off, and any player that crashes into one will slow down. Slowing down also occurs when the Rabbids bump into each other as they try to reach the correct lane.

The first player to each the end wins the game. The ending cutscene shows all four Rabbids being caught by two Rabbid officers.

==Announcement==
The game was officially announced on May 28, 2008 via the Ubidays conference in which two of the minigames were demonstrated by [[Ubisoft]] representatives and UK TV presenter Vernon Kay. Following this, several artworks depicting the [[Rabbid]]s parodying films, TV shows and celebrities (e.g. football players) were revealed on the official [[Rabbid]]s website, and recently official gameplay trailers were released.

==Plot==
Deep in the forest, [[Rayman]] is running away from a small group of [[Rabbid]]s that had appeared from his broken TV in [[Rayman Raving Rabbids 2|the previous game]]. For a few moments, they are distracted by a bolt of lightning, but quickly resume their pursuit. [[Rayman]] takes refuge in a small house at the edge of the forest (presumably his), while the [[Rabbid]]s are then struck by the lightning, and travel into a TV set indoors, where they scream and mess around, making [[Rayman]] try to turn it off, but to no avail.

At the end of the game [[Rayman]] is watching Rugby, but the [[Rabbid]]s keep interrupting it. [[Rayman]] loses his temper, disattaches his foot and chucks it at the TV. The TV finally breaks, releasing the [[Rabbid]]s inside who chase [[Rayman]] out of the house. They accidentally switch the vacuum cleaner on as they pass it, and one of the [[Rabbid]]s stays behind and watches it in wonder and interest. Playing around with it, he accidentally gets the vacuum attached to his ears. He then decides to stay in the house and make himself at home.

==Setting==
The setting is the TV station the [[Rabbid]]s have gotten into. From there, [[Rabbid]]s can be customized with clothes unlocked in story mode. The player can play unlocked games in training mode, and play with friends in party mode.

==Gameplay==
There are three modes in this game: story mode, party mode, and training mode. Story mode is where the player can experience what the [[Rabbid]]s did with the TV stations/ Party mode is for having a multiplayer game for up to eight players. Training mode is the collection of games played in both party and story mode. The game uses a channel system to play games. On each section chosen, it shows what shows are on in the time slot. When one game is completed, it is saved. Whenever the player goes to the slot, they can only replay that game. Beating [[Rayman]]'s score will win an accessory for the Pimp My Rabbid minigame. Among some shows, there are microgames based on TV advertisements. Beating those games gives a bonus for the minigame played, such as getting more points.

This is first game in the [[Rabbids (series)|Rabbids series]] as a whole to optionally use the Wii Balance Board.

==Internet connection==
At the end of a minigame in story mode, there is a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection icon. If the player has an internet connection with the Wii, they can send their score over to www.ravingrabbids-tvparty.com. The top 3 players in the world are listed in each minigame section. The player can also do the Pimp My Rabbid contest. Each week there is a new theme. The player can send it to the website listed above and see what the other [[Rabbid]]s are dressed up as. The winner is announced after one week of voting. Since May 2014, this feature no longer works.

The game also has got a mobile version, designed by [[Gameloft]]. This version contains twelve mini-games and sixteen [[Rabbid]] characters to unlock. The main goal of the minigames is to collect as most golden carrots as possible and holding most time as possible in order to achieve score records. Each new minigame and new [[Rabbid]] characters need fifty golden carrots to unlock.
