The Candy Château (Candy Castle) is a location in the original Rayman. It is the last of the six worlds Rayman has to go through in order to find Mr. Dark, who has a castle located there. The next spell Mr. Dark casts on you is a change of the player's controls - if the player wanted to go right for example, Rayman would be walking left instead. As a result, this makes the level much harder, though it will only last until you complete the level.

Mr. Dark then casts another spell on you in which you are constantly running and you cannot stop, again making the level more difficult. By the end of the level, this wears off, but Mr. Dark finally steals your Fist powers.

In Rayman 4 (cancelled prototype)

In 2005, Phoenix Studio began work on Rayman 4. The game was ultimately cancelled, but many pieces of concept art have since been unveiled, including one which depicts a level named Candy Ltd. This surreal sweets factory was inspired by the Candy Château, and may be part of it as well.

In Rayman Raving Rabbids (Game Boy Advance)

A world of sweets also appears in the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids – a game which combines aspects of Phoenix Studio's Rayman 4 and Ubisoft Montpellier's cancelled Rayman Raving Rabbids platformer. This world, known simply as the Sweets world, appears to have been heavily based on the Candy Château.

In Rayman Fiesta Run

Candy World is a world that was introduced in Rayman Fiesta Run. It is a land made entirely of presents, candy, sweets, and desserts that seems to have been heavily inspired by Candy Château.
