Armored Toad too.. I think most if not all bosses are going to have purple eyes throughout the whole gameHazBlackSlick wrote: Sat Jul 25, 2026 12:27 am Did anyone notice that El Luchador had that possessed purple eyes? Screenshot 2026-07-25 112534.png
Ion know, It's for us to find out
- Re: Rayman Legends

I'd doubt they'd be able to do that since Retold was made in a separate game engine and not made in Ubiart Framework, It's a matter of time if they decide to make an in-game launcher for Retold which includes Origins Enhanced Editionhoodlumsworld wrote: Thu Jul 23, 2026 7:00 pm I wonder why it was made a separate game and not include like Back to Origins was in the OG Legends.

- Record Day #21 – help us pick a date!

Hello all! Pirate-Community is organizing its twenty-first edition of the posts in a day record. For those who aren't familiar with the rules, this is how it works:
The current record stands at an insane 32252 posts. Can we do better this year? That's up to you!Hunchman801 wrote: Tue Jun 16, 2009 8:20 pm Each year since 2006, we organise a posts in a day record at PC. The whole thing is quite simple: it consists in posting the most possible messages in a predetermined time span of 24 hours. The goal is not only to break a new record every year or bring more activity to the forums, but also to shuffle our topics in order to bring new discussions for the following year.
This is not a spam contest, and useless messages are obviously not welcome. However, the special conditions during the record day will be the cause of a certain leniency, especially as concerns old topics, which can be bumped freely.
The rewards rise to the occasion: each post is worth 15 Tings within the given time span, and then come the bonus Tings: 1500 for participating, 1500 for beating one's previous posts in a day record, and 3000 Tings for the winner. For example, some time ago someone earned the incredible amount of 84690 Tings that day.
As usual, we're planning on having it on a Saturday during the early autumn, more specifically from 23:00 UTC on the Friday night to 23:00 UTC the following day (midnight to midnight French time). We're thinking of an August-to-September date range, so please vote in the poll above to let us know when you will be available!

Well, this didn't go the way I'd hoped. We're going to move on now, but for those who were curious, Lost Beats (Reprise) was reused in the Desert of Dijiridoos gallery in Back to Origins, Breaking the Force Field was indeed used on Fiesta Run's title screen, and The Elevator was used in the main menu of Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.
Scoreboard
Giant Chicken: 2 points
DaveRattlehead: 1 point
The Jonster: 1 point
2 questions withdrawn
Question 7: In Rayman M/Arena's Popolopoï mode, each of the Pirate Stronghold's Race levels - Forest Jump, Zenith Harbour, and Treasure Ship - use slight arrangements of music from Battle arenas. Which levels' music is used in each of these cases?

The place looks nice! A lot of the environments shown off look brand new, and the Mariachis look a lot more detailed and decorated than before. It's nice to see the Baby Dragon Chefs in 3D, seeing as they will likely be among a small group of enemies from Origins to be redone in the Retold style.
And yes, as we all probably expected, the duck forms are back here (and they look good as well). The idea is funny and they're overall inoffensive since you only spend two levels as a duck, but controlling them always felt like a real pace breaker and one of Legends's lower points in my opinion.

< is now thinking of the looney tunes thanks to ^ mentioning ACME.

< will need to make some more preparations for the fiber internet install. It will be so worth it though! It just sucks that it's summer time and < will need to do a couple of things for it the attic.

I liked the ducks...
Am I the only one?

The Rayman twitter account just shared some footage of Mystic Mesa. Looks like ducks are back.

Hello all!
As you know, Pirate-Community is four years old today. During all these years, full of fun and arguments as well, or community has kept becoming more and more important for Rayman fans... and others! Over time, yesterday's newbies become today's oldies, as newly registered users mix with the very first members. Thanks to all these people, Pirate-Community has become what it is now, and I thank them for that. I also want to congratulate the moderating team, who have taken care of our community, especially when I was away. Now I got into an engineering school in Paris, I will be far more present, at least by September, as I've partied a lot in July, then I've been to Paris and Munich, where I am right now, and I will go to Tunisia afterwards.
This year, 67,917 messages were posted, thus 14,822 more posts than last year: every year, this number is rising. Therefore, I'm posting the 212,058th message of the greatest Rayman community, which is far from being the last one.
LONG LIFE TO PIRATE-COMMUNITY!

Sunday, June 3rd 2007:
As you may have noticed, Pirate-Community remained unavailable since Saturday June 2nd in the evening to Sunday June 3rd at 8 PM, because of a critical technical issue that prevented phpBB, which the whole website is based on, from running. No data was lost though.
Romano and me have spent the whole afternoon fixing it, and we are happy to welcome you again.
