Simple answer is that there was a suspicious amount of votes going in for particular member(s), one contest there was even votes going in for them even though their sig image broke on the first page. It's a bit harder yes but this way of voting was voted for by the rest of the members here so there's that.

There's been not too many entries in the past ones that there wasn't much need for a minimum so I guess that's understandable. Easiest way to mind is that if there's 8 entries or more there will be one in place, so we don't get numpties like you only voting for just your favourite.
