Hey, we're not all like the toxic higher-ups at Ubi or the creeps who came up with the Cuties movie ( :beurk: )! It's not even the French branch of Ubisoft that came up with this... uhm, whatever this """thing""" is! It's the UK one! :mefiant: (But we all know deep down it was just Hascoët who snuck up in their offices that day to slip it in and somehow managed to publish it :noelnoir: )
The pissing and "huge features" ads were already one thing, but *this*... What were they thinking!? :lestfou: :beurk:

Ive managed to get Rayman 2 to run on Steam Deck and while it works pretty well, the audio is very Crackly and Delayed

Did anyone else try thr game on steam deck, and if so, is there a fix for this?

This is the GOG version btw, not an emulated version

I’m saving up for a steam deck. Do you think it’s worth it if I already have a PC?

It might work if you use the Junk Store, I know the creator so I'll ask.

I think it depends more on why you want a Steam Deck, what made you want to save up for one. It might be a combination of things like the portability, comfort, quality and so on. There is going to be a Switch 2 eventually though, I'm going to wait for that (if I get anything at all)

I’m not gonna get a switch 2, because knowing Nintendo’s underpowered hardware, it should be easily to emulate

Id say, if you like portable pc gaming, absolutely. It has been one of my best purchases in years. It runs everything well and even emulates switch.

If youre more into PC gaming at home and already have a good pc/plan on not traveling much, then not really

Console controls don't translate well to touch. Games that were designed with touch in mind from the get go, like Jungle Run / Fiesta Run / Adventures - have no problems.

OH. MY. GOSH. I FEEL YOU!!!!
Sanctuary of Stone and Fire was TERRIBLE with those awful controls. Took me a really long time to finish that stage whereas in a normal play of Rayman 2 on PC, this would take me, like 15 minutes ig?
