Ah yes, I remember HypnoShark made the video about Online CTR, even some custom tracks. They still have it but only if you use Duckstation emulator.

Also, they have CTR Custom Tracks too, while the first custom track was Tile Trauma, it is the first custom track by Niko and contributors (including DCXDemo, Branch, Mnesiq aka Nyxx the TASer and Avery).

I've been having the urge to speedrun Rayman Origins again lately. It's been a year by now, and looking back at some of my records, I can see some really easy improvements! At the same time, though... I dread it. Feels weird.

The weird thing about Origins is that it's really difficult to revisit it once you're familiar with Legends because the mechanics are just close enough to the considered the same while feeling off at the very same time.

For me, its actually the opposite! I've spent so much time grinding out IL's on Origins, Legends now feels clunky. I've been too Origins-pilled (not complaining, it's my favorite game in the series).

I agree that it's a better game than Legends overall, but since Legends had daily challenges it's the one that ended up taking most of my time.
