The RCP interface could change since the release of the video, but people generally had success with these files, as they have genuinely the correct type, so it might be something on your end, or eventually with RCP. You could maybe use RCP version from the same period, or just write step by step what you did.

i was clicking add files in archive explorer in correct folders but letters still have an issue
