Adding new, "merged" versions of tracks under a (Custom) tag

Post by EmielBoss »

For example, there are two versions of Rayman 3's "The Fairy Council" (namely "Entrance Hall" and "Under the Starlight"). Both are great alternatives, but playing them back-to-back drags on for far too long. Therefore, I combined the two into one tight song, which has elements from both tracks: https://we.tl/t-IuK1Pzgwtz. Especially Rayman 3 has many such songs consisting of multiple variations of different songs, each with different elements, which I ideally would like to see packed into one concise and complete song. Is it an idea to add such custom cuts of songs under a (Custom) tag (much like the (Jingle), (Beta), and (Extra) tags)? I am rather busy currently, but can put more effort into this at a later date.

You might be interested in these bunch of songs.
They're based on the same files, but in different arrangement:

It's not everything. Just my favourites.
Later, Droolie published his own arrangements for all tracks, so I stopped doing this.
