Stone dogs are averagely resistant enemies in Rayman. They can be found in the Blue Mountains and the Caves of Skops.
They freely walk and jump on their platform, turning backwards when they face an obstacle. They can also jump onto another platform, and rebound in the air when they touch the bottom of the map. They always attack Rayman in small groups.
Mr Stone can call stone dogs by whistling during the boss battle in Mr Stone's Peaks. Oddly, in the battle against Mr Stone, the stone dogs only have one hit point, presumably to make the fight easier for the player. It could simply be that since they are domesticated they are more susceptible to pain.
