These are often seen standing out of reach throwing explosive bottles at Rayman, laughing maniacally. If they cannot be reached normally, there will usually be a shock rocket power up nearby.
They have a red cloak on with a yellow stripe across them and have explosive bottles attached to a strap around their front. They have a hole in the top of their heads which sometimes releases a long stream of smoke. The first one is found in the Clearleaf Forest like in the picture.
