Rayman Legends Retold Is a rumored rayman game leaked in late May of 2026. It is probably going to be a direct sequel to Rayman Legends. It will cost 39,99$ and rumored to release on October 1 2026 [1]. Among the expected novelties, the game would include an online multiplayer cooperative mode for up to 4 players simultaneously, a notable evolution compared to the original game, which offered this mode locally only. The game will benefit from a physical edition but it will be exclusively available on PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 [2]. Regarding the official announcement, the game should be unveiled and available for pre-order no later than June 2 [3] around 10 a.m. (French time), at least a few hours before the State of Play. If this date is confirmed, it would contradict the rumors evoking a revelation at the Sony event. It is also rumored that the game will have both 2.5D and 3D sections [4]. These three-dimensional sections would be entirely new compared to the original title. A developer has confirmed that the internal project name for the game is "Steambot". However, most of the information above is not 100% confirmed.
