Basically, I'm wondering if I can receive any critique on this drawing. Here's the drawing:RayFan9876 on DeviantART wrote:I just purchased myself a new large paper canvas... don't ask me for the technicalities, because I went purely off of what looked visually appealing. I could say it's approximately a metre tall, and I suppose the width would be whatever the equivalent measure in an 11:8.5 ratio is.
I used a normal pencil to do the lineart as well as the shading, and then I used a construction marking pencil to thickly trace over the preexisting lines and vary the thickness. I don't really know if that's proper or not, I just know that it works great.
Due to an unfortunate incident, I cannot use my scanner or tower computer at the moment (which is a real shame too), so I had to take a picture of it directly with a camera and upload without any colour/light correction. Sorry about that, but I think it came out pretty clear anyway.
Anyway, I think I draw a lot better on larger paper, tell me what you think! I'm requesting critique here on proportion/anatomy/shading and all that, so any input would be greatly appreciated.
And here's the original DA link: http://fav.me/d4xpqhx
If anyone is able to, can they go to the DA link, download it, rotate it and PM it to me again? I want to replace the current image with that.
