While looking into this article and changing the mentions which say that Moskito is "incorrectly" coloured, I stumbled upon this: {{Quote|It is thought that all instances in which Moskito shares Bzzit's colours are mistakes or problems arising from hardware limitations; Moskito's ‘true’ colour is believed to be red, not purple."}}
It's probably fair to say the intended colour may have been red, given Moskito was red in the Jaguar version. However, I don't know if what looks like speculation to me should be here, claiming that they are possibly mistakes or caused by hardware limitations. I definitely don't think it's the latter of the two. --[[File:Steo_sig.png|60px|link=User:Steo]] 15:00, 4 October 2025 (UTC)

Color differences…
I was playing through the PlayStation version and I noticed none of the color differences that were described--like Moskito looked the same as Bzzit and there was no variation in color between the spiky fruits. Maybe this is a regional difference, since I have the NTSC (American) version and you all are probably playing the PAL (European) version? Just looking for some confirmation of these differences in the PAL PlayStation game because that should be noted if the differences are just (for whatever reason) regional. - This is quite amazing, because I have both PAL (CD-ROM) and NTSC (.CUE) versions, and I noticed the colour differences in both of them. Do you have a re-edition or something like that?

- My copy's the 2000 PAL version which came out after the platinum version. --

- Ahh, forgot to say that mine is a Greatest Hits version. (Still rather odd that they'd do that though.) Foultzboyz 18:27, 31 August 2008 (CEST)
- In Rayman Advance, Moskito is purple and looks like Bzzit, during the entire battle, all the time. Should this be mentioned in the article?

While looking into this article and changing the mentions which say that Moskito is "incorrectly" coloured, I stumbled upon this:
It is thought that all instances in which Moskito shares Bzzit's colours are mistakes or problems arising from hardware limitations; Moskito's ‘true’ colour is believed to be red, not purple."
It's probably fair to say the intended colour may have been red, given Moskito was red in the Jaguar version. However, I don't know if what looks like speculation to me should be here, claiming that they are possibly mistakes or caused by hardware limitations. I definitely don't think it's the latter of the two. --

Hurdles
I was replaying the game and I was able to go over Mr Sax's head without any cheats. I ran into him multiple times and it just rocketed me up, behind him. I saw a video that proved it was possible with Mr Stone, so do you think it could be possible with Moskito? --iHeckler9

- No. Mr Sax and Mr Stone are designed to bounce you up and away when you touch them, but Moskito is more like the moving screens in the Blue Mountains – you touch him, you die. —Spiraldoor

Shouldn't the cameo be mentioned here? --
