He talks like a hippy or a surfer, and unlike the other Teensie doctors, he wears an orange beanie hat and has long purple hair, as well as wearing the stereotypical hippy sunglasses. His office is located in the Land of the Livid Dead. He attempts to treat Globox there by drumming on his stomach, which also fails to remove André, so he has to refer him to the last Teensie Doctor, Gonzo (Art Rytus) in the Desert of the Knaaren.
