Name?

According to RaymanENCYCLO, these creatures are called 'Podcrocs'. I'm not familiar with the site, so I don't know whether it's trustworthy.

4)les podrocs

Animaux de compagnie de Bégoniax, ils sont enchaînés chez Razoff, et donnent de la vie à Rayman si il les libère.

The Rayman 3 dossier presse includes both 'les Podcrocs' and 'les Ugly' in its list of creatures that appear in the game, though it doesn't specify what these creatures are. I think they're the only ones in the game whose identities still haven't been confirmed. Could one of the names refer to the species of the blue bird found in the secret Xowar room? —Spiraldoor 13:56, 8 February 2012 (UTC)

Aren't "Podcrocs" refering to the Podocrocks? --Haruka 14:21, 8 February 2012 (UTC)
Ah, so that's why my searches for 'Podcroc' and 'Podocroc' didn't turn up any results – we should have redirected that ages ago. You're right, RaymanENCYCLO must be mistaken if the official description from the disc contradicts it. Still, it would be nice if we had an official confirmation of the Uglies' name. —Spiraldoor 15:53, 8 February 2012 (UTC)
That's weird though, I wrote RaymanEncyclo like ten years ago but I'm pretty sure I got this information from an official source: the comment on the Xowar's paw being larger than a Grim Keeper doesn't sound like something I would have made up. It could very well be from the official Rayman 3 website (too bad we've lost the map by the way). In any case, the final game appears to contradict this entry, so there's not much debate. — 16:15, 10 February 2012 (UTC)

Rayman Raving Rabbids DS Beta

Since they appear in the beta for Rayman Raving Rabbids which was just discovered, should they be here?--arnoldfranklin (talk) 23:47, 8 February 2022 (CET)

I think that's a great idea. --iHeckler9 08:05, 9 February 2022 (CET)
Yes, totally. Same for Podocrocks. I haven't made any changes to the wiki yet because I first wanted to understand what that level is (a debug room? a mini-game? a full-fledged level?) but nobody has quite been able to answer that for now. I also wanted to see if more content was going to be discovered - for now I heard there's three playable levels, but I've only seen a video of one. — 09:57, 9 February 2022 (CET)
