Uglette is a toad-like character who appears in Rayman 2: The Great Escape and its remakes. She is the wife of Rayman's best friend, Globox; together, they have over 650 children. Uglette is a member of the same species as Globox; she looks very similar to him, except that she is pink whereas Globox is blue. In the PlayStation version of Rayman 2, Uglette also wears a pink bow, giving her a more distinctive appearance. The Knowledge of the World reveals that, along with her husband, Uglette was created by the god Polokus, who used his sense of humour when dreaming them up.

Like her husband Globox, Uglette has a friendly and cheerful personality, although she does not seem to share his cowardly nature. A maternal creature, she is very protective of her children, and becomes distraught when Globox or the children are kidnapped by the Robo-Pirates – a regular occurrence.

In Rayman Revolution, Uglette is portrayed as living in Globox's House, near a cliff in the Front.
