Bomb launching clown are averagely resistant enemies that appear in the original Rayman game, Rayman Junior and Rayman Designer. They are found in Candy Château.
They fly in the air, following a horizontal trajectory. When Rayman is in sight, they start dropping bombs at him, out from presents.
In Rayman Designer, there are three types of bomb launching clowns.
- Bomb launching clown - Flies and launches bombs.
- Bomb launching following clown - Flies after Rayman and launches bombs.
- Kamikaze flying clown - Flies towards Rayman.

Two bomb launching clowns appear in Rayman Activity Centre. One is called Mr. Black and bombs the piece of paper so the player can put shapes over it and the other is called Mr. White, who specialises in everything white. In his hand he holds a Swiss knife.
