Increases the power of Rayman's blows.—Manual, Rayman
Golden Fists (also known as Gold Fists and Gold Punch) are power-ups in the original Rayman game, Rayman Junior and Rayman Designer, looking like glowing yellow fists. They make Rayman's telescopic fist stronger, so that he can get rid of his enemies more easily. If Rayman loses a life, their effect will vanish.
Golden Fists also appear in the Game Boy Color version of the original Rayman game.
The equivalent of the Golden Fist in Rayman 2 is called the Power Fist. It upgrades Rayman's magic fist in much the same way the Golden Fist upgrades his telescopic fist.
