Cacophonic Chase is the third level of the Desert of Dijiridoos, the second world in Rayman Origins. It is the second Tricky Treasure level, where Rayman and his friends must chase the Tricky Treasure chest for a Skull Tooth. 45 Electoons are needed to unlock this level. It is not included in the Back to Origins painting in Rayman Legends.
Description
Just like the previous Tricky Treasure level, Rayman and his team find the chest at the end of the first platform. Thinking that Rayman is going to attack it, the chest runs away, and the chase begins. Getaway bluegrass music plays once it starts. As the team chases the chest, they will encounter falling platforms high above the clouds, while avoiding yellow, spiky helmet birds and black, spiky Darktoons. The farther the heroes go into the level, the faster the platforms fall. Sometimes, structures in the background will begin to sink as well. Throughout the level, there are also updrafts that can assist the heroes in jumping. Once there is no room left to run, the chest will come to a halt, allowing the heroes to punch it open. The Skull Tooth can then be collected to give back to Mister Death.
