Playing in the Shade is the third level of the Ticklish Temples, a world in Rayman Origins. It is the sixth Tricky Treasure level, where Rayman and his friends must chase a Tricky Treasure for a Skull Tooth. This is the first level from this world and fourth overall that is included in the Back to Origins mode in Rayman Legends.

Original version

Rayman and his team find the Tricky Treasure at the end of the first platform. The chest thinks Rayman is going to beat him up, so he runs away, and the chase begins. Getaway bluegrass music plays once the chase starts. The chase area appears to be with tall mushroom-like plants in the background, though it is difficult to see the background very well, as it is mostly a blue haze. Everything in the foreground is only seen as a silhouette. During the chase itself, the team must follow the Tricky Treasure across platforms, many of which sink when he lands on them, while avoiding round spiky flowers. Several times, the heroes are assisted by Swingmen. Later in the level, the platforms fall faster and earlier. Once there is no room left to run, the Tricky Treasure will come to a stop, allowing the players to punch it open. The Skull Tooth can now be collected to give back to Mister Death.

Back to Origins

In the Back to Origins version, there are not many differences between the original version; except of the notable elements from Rayman Legends replacing some of the elements from the game.
