Skyward Sonata is the fifth level of the Desert of Dijiridoos, the second world in Rayman Origins. Its name is a spoof of the 2011 Zelda game, Skyward Sword. This level is mostly about riding on the Serpent flutes to get across most areas. This level is the second one in this world and eleventh overall that's included in the Back to Origins mode in Rayman Legends.
Original version
Area 1

All the players have to do to get to the exit is to slide down the waterfall, perform a walljump, and body slam on the bad Red Bird and wooden barricade. This area is most likely a transition to the second area, where the useful and first Serpent flute is at.
Area 2

As Rayman and his friends battle the bad Red Birds, the Serpent flute is moving underneath the cloud platforms. The team needs to hurry to get on, as the flute won't stop at the end of the platform. Now on, the team will have to jump over and onto different platforms throughout in order to advance and keep up with the moving flute. The first Skull Coin of the level can be collected by performing a walljump on a vertical moving pillar. When the team gets off the serpent flute close to the exit, the secret area can be found by simply performing a walljump above. Once the Electoons are saved, the heroes can move on to the next area.
Secret Area 1

Rayman and his team need to get across the moving bongos while destroying the three bad Red Birds along the way. Once done, the Electoon cage at the end will be able to be broken.
Area 3

The second Serpent flute will appear once the team performs the walljump and breaks a wooden barricade open. Just like the last ride, the team will avoid obstacles and jump to nearby platforms to get back on the flute. The second and third Skull Coins of the level are right next to each other. The second one can be collected by doing a walljump to the left of the third coin; the other one can be collected by performing a few walljumps on a different pillar and sliding down while being careful of the spiky ball. As the heroes continue on, performing walljumps to keep up, pillars will now attempt to crush the players. Rayman and his friends need to take advantage of the long flute to avoid getting crushed by the pillars. After that, the team can now get off of the serpent flute. The second secret area is right above where the exit is located.
Secret Area 2

In this secret area, there are sleeping Red Birds scattered around several Serpent flutes. They could prove useful in reaching the birds upwards. Once all birds are defeated, the cage will be able to be broken.
Area 4

Rayman and his friends will once again get back onto the Serpent flute; repeating the same process as the other areas. The fourth Skull Coin of the level is found in between two pillars close to a spiky ball and some sleeping bad Red Birds. The ride will end shorter than the others, then the team can destroy the bad bird that guards the exit to move on.
Area 5

The fifth Skull Coin can be found as soon as the players enter this area. To get it, the team needs to perform walljumps on the wall and the pillar. The Serpent flute will appear again, and the heroes need to get on it before it goes away. The team will have to stay on their toes as more enemies, including bad Red Birds, spiky balls, and crushing pillars, stand in their way. After the Lum King is collected, the team will spot the sixth Skull Coin of the level. It can be collected by timing a crush attack on little bongos to avoid getting hit by the stationary Darktoons stuck on pillars. Then, the heroes will have to duck to avoid the crushing pillars with more Darktoons attached to them. The team can now get off the flute and move on to the final area.
Area 6

All the team has to do is destroy the 4 bad Red Birds around the short area. When that is done, the Electoon cage will be able to be broken, thus ending the level. Then the players will pose for a picture on the photoboard as the Magician will wait to see the total amount of Lums the team collected in the level.

Back to Origins
This level is playable in the Back to Origins mode in Rayman Legends as the third one from the Desert of Dijiridoos. There aren't many notable differences between the versions; except the notable differences that appear in every other Back to Origins level.
