It is a water-and-machine based world, which takes cues from various spy tropes; for example, the James Bond theme can be heard during certain underwater sections. Several reoccurring elements from Rayman Origins, and the same name being used in Rayman Adventures, suggests that this world takes place in the Sea of Serendipity.

In Rayman Legends

Rayman and his friends infiltrate a sunken submarine, dodging armed Underwater Toads and searchlights in the process, as well as laser trip-switches and electric hazards. Eventually they encounter a mechanical dragon which was engineered by the Toads.
